Romanian born Manuela Holban went on to study art and art history at the Fine Art High School and Fine Art Institute in Bucharest, Romania. Her studies were followed by extensive travels. Manuela Holban emigrated to United States and presently lives in Maryland. She is represented by Gallery Chiz, in Pittsburgh, Pierogi 2000 in Brooklyn New York, Muse Gallery in Columbus and Maria Pestana, Madrid, Spain/ Her work can be found in many private collections in United States, France, England, Romania and Australia.
